He is the one who will fight for the cause of good and right and never desert it whether he has the strength to prevail, or is overcome and put to a torturous death.Kurus RexCyrus the Great of Persia is recognised as a great king, worthy as an example of a relatively humane goverance which included allowing the different regions of his empire to maintain their own customs and institutions.NB the style of his name as 'Kurus Rex' is potentially subject to change Other SaintsThere are many other persons which might be worthy of veneration.Usually persons recognised by the Roman Catholic or an established Orthodox church as canonical saints are also recognised as saints by Zartomazdeans. Normally living persons are not recognised as saints as the full character of their life is not yet known and so a judgement cannot be made if they will be ultimately suitable for veneration.
